The implementation of the national strategic diagnosis of the French outermost regions (ORs), enrolled as part of the preparatory work of the Partnership Agreement between France and the European Commission for the implementation of the 2014-2020 European programmes.
The objective of the mission entrusted to the consortium Technopolis / Amnyos / Oréade-Brèche was to produce a broad vision of the ORs potential for development and the possible arising issues, under the Europe 2020 strategy.
Within this consortium, Oréade-Brèche has specifically covered topics relating to the EAFRD and EMFF and was in particular in charge of focusing on the agricultural sectors, forestry, fisheries and aquaculture and environmental issues.
