Overseas French territories
From the Indian Ocean, to the Atlantic, while passing through the Pacific, French overseas territories possess a wide diversity of socio-economic and environmental contexts.
These territories have their own particular issues and stakes which require very specific expertise.
For more than 30 years Oréade-Brèche has acquired this specific know-how and has carried out studies in these territories in the fields of economic development, agriculture, the forest, and maritime and terrestrial environment.
Long term technical assistance to the Department of Agriculture and forest of Guyana for the implementation of the Rural Development Plan 2007 - 2013

In order to implement the Rural Development Plan of Guyana (PDRG) quickly, a support in the form of long term technical assistance to the Direction de l'Agriculture (DAF) team was required. Oréade-Brèche has won the successive calls for tender launched by the DAF for, to carry out the design of the procedure manual, and providing support for local structures wanting to set up a "Leader +" project. Oréade-Brèche during 7 years has also provided the DAF with technical assistance for its Development and Training Service, the rural network animation,as well as monitoring and evaluation of the performance of the PDRG implementation.
Oréade-Brèche provided the DAF with 4 long term consultants, specialized in agriculture, training, local development and European procedures. These full time jobs are carried out locally.
